HH Phinnemore Painting Specialists (fully licensed and insured) is known in the London and Surrounding area to be one of the highest quality painting and wallpaper service providers. Our company was started by Hal Phinnemore in 1984, and he still works part time in the business. It is now owned and operated by his sons Andrew Phinnemore and David Phinnemore. Including the 3 Phinnemore’s our crew also consists of 5 others. Darrell since 1992, Ron since 1996, Karl since 2020, Dwayne since 2019 and Adrian has done our taping jobs since 2017. Each and every crew member upholds our highest standard of quality, honesty and reliability. We are confident that our crew is the absolute best in London.
